Returns and conditions of sale
Once you have received the purchase, we hope that it meets your expectations, if for any reason this doesn’t convince you, you can return it.
The Purchaser has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the delivery of the purchased products, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal in the manner guaranteed by law, consisting of the right to return the products received and to obtain a refund of the price paid or an exchange. Free of the purchased product.
The total integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the Right of Withdrawal.
The products must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Not used, not washed, not tampered with or damaged and with all identification tags attached, in their original packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary:
communicate it to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number, the date of purchase and the invoice number marked in the billing document in the package, and inserting as subject of the email: Return, Name and Surname;
Download and fill in the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, making sure to fill in all the mandatory fields and insert it in the shipping package;
Once you have received the response by e-mail of acknowledgment from our customer care department, the customer must promptly make the shipment to return the product.
Transport costs in the event of an exchange or return are borne by MFGA. The customer is therefore requested to take care to carefully pack the goods, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc.
The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories. If the goods to be exchanged / returned received are damaged, tampered with, used, without tags, they will be made available for return to the customer and the request for withdrawal will be canceled at the same time.
Once the status of the product has been verified by the Quality Department, MFGA will reimburse the full amount of the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days, by means of a reversal procedure on the credit card, PayPal or bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer.
If you receive damaged products, CONTACT customer service immediately at the following address email@example.com forwarding the photos that certify the damage.
You have to remember that:
- if the return doesn’t meet the conditions described above, the request can’t be accepted
- the shipping costs to send the package of products to be returned will be borne by MFGA
- if the return is accepted, you can alternatively request a product change (FREE) or a refund of the amount paid for the chosen item, in the event of a refund you will be credited with the purchase amount.
