These General Conditions have as their object the purchase of products, carried out remotely by telematic network on the website www.mfga.it belonging to FABIO & FEDERICO ITALIAN STYLE SRL, with registered office in Via Bardonecchia 190 – 10141 Turin Italy Each purchase operation will be governed by provisions of Legislative Decree n. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, it will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law no. 675/96 and subsequent amendments.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with FABIO & FEDERICO ITALIAN STYLE SRL, the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided to him pursuant to the aforementioned regulations, also taking note that FABIO & FEDERICO ITALIAN STYLE SRL itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Customer commitments
These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by customers visiting the site www.mfga.it before they confirm their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of these General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance. The Customer undertakes and undertakes, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions of sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, net of fully satisfying the condition referred to articles 3 and 4 of the Legislative Decree n. 185/1999.
How to purchase

By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an e-mail message containing the Date and the total amount of their order.
Payments
The payment of the products must be made by the customer upon forwarding the order confirmation by using one of the credit cards or payment services available and indicated online.
Payment with PayPal accounts and credit cards
Through PayPal, the second world leader in secure online payments, we accept major credit cards. A credit card is the most comfortable, convenient and recommended method of payment, also to reduce the time needed to process orders.
The transaction takes place online through PayPal’s secure systems and no credit card information will be transferred to FABIO & FEDERICO ITALIAN STYLE SRL. The data relating to the order are transmitted encrypted according to the SSL (Secur Socket Layer) system directly on the PayPal servers which guarantee the security of data transmission in accordance with current regulations.
Payment with Scalapay
If you buy with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
Payment with Klarna
Pay Later in 3 with Klarna is a payment method that allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 equal, interest-free, monthly instalments.

How does paying off instalments work?
Orders are paid for in 3 equal, interest-free, monthly instalments.
You’ll be asked to pay the first of the three instalments once your order has been confirmed at checkout.
Instalments 2 and 3 will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
You’ll receive a reminder from Klarna 2 days before each instalment is collected.
If you miss one of your scheduled instalments and Klarna are unable to automatically withdraw the money from your account on the payment due date, you’ll be issued with a statement for the full amount due. Klarna will reattempt to take the owed money 7 days after the payment due date. If this is unsuccessful, Klarna will make another attempt 14 days after the original payment date was due. If payment has still not been made at this point, Klarna may refer this debt to a debt collection agency and report you to credit reference agencies. If you do not pay for your order on time, you may no longer be able to access Klarna’s payment options for future purchases. This may also affect your ability to get credit from other lenders too.

Right of withdrawal
Purchases made on the website www.mfga.it are governed by Italian law.
If you have made a mistake in your order, you have 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase to exercise the Right of Withdrawal, or the possibility of returning and / or exchanging the product. We will accept the return of any product without hesitation, as long as it reflects the integrity parameters, reimbursing the entire amount.

Jurisdiction and competent court
This contract will be governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of the same contract, the territorial jurisdiction is of the judge of the place of
