MFGA has the ambitious goal of bringing fashion back to something great, giving each garment a cultural message with a contemporary flavour.
NeoNoir and Nutcracker are the first two capsules designed as a manifesto to bring culture to the street.
NeoNoir revisits the dark and smoky atmospheres of Sherlock Holmes’ London in a collection that is aimed at a dynamic and chameleon-like woman who, immersed in the traffic of the city’s alleys, needs to combine style with comfort.
Nutcracker takes inspiration from the famous Russian ballet “The Nutcracker”, proposing the typical colors of this work applied to garments with a purely streetwear concept. Culture strolling down the street: this is how we imagine MFGA designer garments.
In a world that needs to believe again in the great ideals of fashion, we at MFGA want to place ourselves as a powerful instrument of cultural propaganda. Bringing the beauty of literature and theater into fashion is the great challenge we have set ourselves. We want to subvert the typical language of the street by introducing a streetwear model that takes inspiration from cultures around the world, revisiting them with the creativity and flair of Italian design, to remind us that culture is a precious accessory, indeed the most precious.
